About Olive and Bloom

 

Hello loves! My name is Jenna Deao. I am a recent newlywed and you may know me as Jenna Lyne Miller. Welcome to my website for all things beautiful. 

 

About a year ago I began working for an absolutely amazing company called Sunkissed and Madeup! We are an on-location hair and makeup team for weddings and anything else required getting beautified; I currently do hair for the company. So working with hair EVERYDAY I began to become obsessed with anything to do with hair and anything effortlessly beautiful. I started to hear a lot of clients wishing they could have found a floral crown for their photoshoots. Out of curiousity I went to hobby lobby and was intrigued to create a flower crown to see how hard it would be. Anyone who knows me knows anything that has to do with creatiivity is in my nature. I purchased a bunch of pretty flowers and went home and began to make one from silk flowers first. I quickly realized I had an eye for it and it came so easy to me. I also loved the fact that it could last forever! Many people ask, and the answer is yes I can make real floral ones too, but I love that no one is doing silk ones that look and photograph like real ones. I only pick quality materials and if it doesn't photograph well I won't use that flower. So it began, but first I needed a company name. We had adopted a new addition to the family over a year ago; her name is Olive. She is a mixture pup and very sassy to say the least! I have always loved her name from the previous owners. So when my husband and I sat down and were contimplating names we saw Olive and said "Olive and Bloom" and I LOVED it!
